GreenPlus

BRIEF:

GreenPlus’ high-tech smart farming solutions solve the biggest economic, environmental, and societal challenges associated with traditional produce production.

Operating since 1997, GreenPlus have seen wide success in the Korean market. With the launch of GreenPlus in Australia, the company required an uplift of their visual identity to promote a clear and consistent brand image in a new market.

They also needed to establish their local presence within the horticultural industry and online.

Solution:

Focused Marketing undertook a brand refresh that included a refresh of their visual identity. Their brand messaging also needed to be adapted to suit a local audience.

Their visual identity was modernised with a brighter, more refined colour palette, reworked logo, and fresh imagery and typography.

We established new social channels and developed a new website, print collateral and exhibition stands to support their launch into Australia.

Outcome:

GreenPlus’ new brand was revealed at national horticulture conferences across Australia, with an aligned identity and messaging that clearly communicated their offering.

In addition, GreenPlus Australia won a pitch to their Korean subsidiary to implement the new brand identity globally.

Over the last 6 months, we have achieved significant growth in brand awareness and engagement across various online platforms including LinkedIn.

Fabtex

Website copy | Website Design & Development

BRIEF:

Since the 1980s, Fabtex has been supplying premium upholstery, fabric, leather and vinyl solutions throughout Australia and abroad.

Focused Marketing was engaged to write copy for their website that focused less on their history and more on the benefits Fabtex provides to their customers.

Solution:

Focused Marketing researched and wrote the website copy that focuses on the customer’s pain points and how Fabtex offers a simple solution. We’re pleased to say our client was thrilled with our first draft.

Upon loading the new copy onto the website, it was clear there were significant issues with their WordPress website. Speaking with Fabtex, they explained that while it was a new website they’d had nothing but difficulties with the site, in particular the load speed.

Outcome:

After troubleshooting their WordPress website, we found with each problem fixed another would appear in the code.

After discussing with the client, we quickly developed a brand new WordPress website based on the original design and launched the new site and copy seamlessly within two weeks.

OPEC Systems

BRAND MANAGEMENT | COPYWRITING | GRAPHIC DESIGN

BRIEF:

OPEC Systems engaged us to develop creative concepts and produce a series of brochures which would showcase its oil pollution and environmental control solutions to potential public and private sector clients.

Operating across the defence, industrial and marine sectors, they sought impactful marketing materials which would effectively communicate the broad and dynamic nature of its product offering whilst maintaining technical integrity in an industry where innovation in such solutions of this nature are particularly valuable.

Outcome:

We delivered a suite of materials for OPEC Systems, utilising a clean professional look in conjunction with infographics and photography. The infographics, in particular, enabled OPEC to showcase and illustrate the real-world capabilities of its high specification products.

We went to great lengths to provide brand consistency and a seamless look and feel across the entire suite of printed materials, despite the fact each brochure was produced at a different time and for a different audience.

ARAMA

ARAMA

ARAMA

BRIEF:

The Australian Resident Accommodation Managers Association (ARAMA) serves as the peak industry membership body for Management and Letting Rights (MLR) in Australia.

Positioned as the voice for the Management Rights industry, ARAMA plays a pivotal role in influencing decisions that have a lasting impact on policy and legislation. Seeking to enhance their brand and website and needing general marketing support, they approached Focused Marketing with a desire for a more cohesive and structured marketing approach.

Solution:

Focused Marketing developed a comprehensive solution including refining the visual identity, redeveloping the website, writing new messaging, and creating an overarching marketing plan.

This kicked off with a brand workshop to explore ARAMA’s unique market positioning, resulting in the creation of a positioning statement, compelling value proposition, and key messages including taglines, boilerplates, and elevator pitches. These outcomes served as the foundation for updating ARAMA’s website content, ensuring a cohesive and impactful online presence aligned with the refined brand identity.

Outcome:

ARAMA can now take pride in a strengthened and cohesive brand presence that communicates its unique standing in the Management and Letting Rights industry.

The updated brand guidelines, website, social media templates, and new brand collateral promote clear and consistent communication across all touchpoints, collectively contributing to a professional and unified image for ARAMA.

Focused Marketing’s holistic approach has revitalized ARAMA’s brand and equipped them with essential tools and strategies for sustained success in their industry.

We started work with Focused Marketing to update our website about a year ago, and they are now an invaluable extension of our team. They oversee all our digital marketing, social media and graphic design – they are the keepers of our brand. Since working with Focused, they have helped us run our annual awards event, recreated, and improved all our collateral and communications. They constantly add value to our operations with new marketing initiatives and this has directly grown our followers and membership base.

HIFLOW

Logo Design | Training | Tender Templates | Marketing Assets | Business Cards

BRIEF:

HiFlow is an amazing Australian success story. The business was launched in 2007 by Brett Saunders – a Brisbane-based air-conditioning tradesman with exceptional talent and a bucket load of determination. It took Brett less than 10 years to grow HiFlow from a one-man local operation into one of his industry’s leading service providers.

When Focused Marketing was introduced to the business Brett employed more than 100 staff and was busy expanding into every corner of Australia.

Solution:

HiFlow’s new logo needed to be instantly recognisable. It had to communicate the core business proposition while also lending itself to a wide range of marketing channels.

Outcome:

We presented a neutral font, simplified the wording and integrated HiFlow’s most recognisable brand image with a the three-airwave symbol. Placing the symbol inside the letter O described HiFlow’s key area of expertise; controlling air in enclosed spaces.
