BRIEF:

Mrs Clucks is a brand of pasture eggs established in South Australia and Queensland, sourcing eggs from open paddock roaming hens. Mrs Clucks had also licensed special chicken campervans to support egg production. The Coopecabana chicken campervan is locally designed and manufactured in Australia, powered by solar panels, and utilises intuitive design for the housing of free range chickens in open pasture.

Focused Marketing was engaged to pitch their high quality brand of eggs to potential stockists, restaurants and cafes, as well as promote the Coopecabana investment opportunity.

Solution:

Focused Marketing redeveloped the Mrs Clucks brand by refreshing the logo and colour palette, while keeping Mrs Clucks’ signature shade of hot pink. We designed a suite of marketing assets such as business cards, flyers and brochures.

We worked closely with the client to write and design a 42-page Information Memorandum detailing the Coopecabana investment.

Outcome:

The Information Memorandum was supplied in a digital format for easy emailing to investors, with an editable form that submitted the document back to the client’s email.

Mrs Clucks sales continue to burgeon, as the brand experiences growth and expands egg production both in Queensland and interstate.

BRIEF:

Canvas3 is a social justice innovator driving change in the health, justice and education sector, helping Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islanders to reintegrate into society after being part of the penitentiary system.

They address workforce capability and people solutions through a holistic approach, recognising the role of community and social responsibility in shaping culture and purpose. Their focus areas include the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander and diversity sectors, particularly across the key social determinants of health, justice and education.

Focused Marketing was engaged to develop a comprehensive digital marketing strategy for Canvas3 that considered competitor analysis, points of difference, market position, messaging, brand personality, PR, advertising, social media, website and marketing collateral.

Solution:

We relished the opportunity to help Canvas3 define their brand identity and communicate the positive impact they are having in the community.

In the branding and strategy workshops we identified their brand message and provided clarity around messaging. We then tied the brand’s colour palette to the Aboriginal artwork in their logo – painted by one of the founders – and incorporated this design into all marketing assets including business cards, email signature, letter head, PowerPoint presentations and a tender template.

OUTCOME:

BRIEF:

GoldLinQ designed, constructed and now operates the Gold Coast light rail system on behalf of the Queensland Government. Their purpose is to create a world-class, sustainable, city changing, integrated light rail system for the future prosperity of the Gold Coast community. Focused Marketing was engaged by GoldLinQ to support their administrative functions through the development of a suite of branded document templates that instilled consistency and process in all that they do.

Solution:

Working closely with GoldLinQ to understand their operational needs as well as their brand personality, Focused Marketing created a variety of document templates that were functional yet beautiful. Reflecting the brand’s operational excellence and understated design aesthetics, the documents were designed to be clean and clear in their purpose and were developed for an audience who is accustomed to accuracy and simplicity of reference.

Outcome:

Through the design and branding of a full suite of document templates, GoldLinQ has achieved a consistency of brand both externally and internally, enhancing the key brand message of being a world class public transport provider.

BRIEF:

Hummingbird House is an incredible Foundation providing short break stays, family support services, creative therapies, and end of life care for children with life-limiting conditions. They also work to help each child’s family discover moments and create memories to last a lifetime.

Focused Marketing were engaged to create signage and awareness for a national fundraising campaign featured in Coles supermarkets across Queensland.

Outcome:

We worked with Hummingbird House in the lead-up to the foundation being featured as one of Coles supermarket’s chosen charities across Queensland. We created branding assets including billboard signage, posters and a press release to raise awareness and increase donations during the campaign.

We loved seeing our design work on display for the world to see, but more importantly, we loved the exposure generated for this brilliant charity.

BRIEF:

L&R is a multi-disciplinary consultancy with a reputation for service excellence. In 2017, the company recognised that one of its key sectors was becoming more competitive and that continued growth required a redoubling of its marketing efforts.

Solution:

We were asked to create a suite of new tender templates, supported by clearly defined graphics and striking imagery. But when we started, it soon became obvious that the content within the documents was in need of an overhaul. We began suggesting ways to improve the narrative so that it was easier to digest and told L&R’s story more effectively.

OUTCOME:

The directors welcomed the feedback with open ears and asked us to rewrite the entire submission document from scratch. The output proved highly successful, repositioning L&R as the market leader and capturing the attention of many new clients. The company has used the tender documents to secure lucrative contracts, setting new benchmarks within the sector.
