Established in 2008, Trojan’s Trek is a not-for-profit organisation that facilitates self-discovery experiences for veterans and first responders transitioning post service. Over six days, while camping in peaceful bushland, participants learn tools and techniques to adjust their thinking and behaviour, improve their relationships, build self-esteem, and rediscover their purpose.
Their team came to Focused Marketing to redesign their logo and branding, with the intention of growing their corporate partnerships and sponsorship funding.
Focused Marketing facilitated a brand discovery workshop with key stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of the organisation.
Incorporating the key insights from this workshop, we developed a new logo and brand identity symbolic of the personal journey participants experience and challenges they overcome.
The depiction of a path winding through mountainous terrain, accompanied by a fresh colour palette, not only mirrors the natural environment but also symbolises the support and guidance provided by Trojan’s Trek.
Trojan’s Trek is now equipped with a professional corporate brand identity allowing them to have meaningful conversations and foster new relationships with corporate partners.
Securing long term partnerships and funding will ensure Trojan’s Trek is well positioned to support those in need well into the future. It was such a pleasure working with the team and for such an important cause.

HSB Resources started in 2021 to offer safety resources and solutions primarily to the oil and gas sector, and has since grown rapidly, expanding across other sectors.
The team initially came to us to discuss launching some new services, capability statements and content marketing. After some discussion, we decided to start with a brand refresh and new website to really set them up for success and support the growth they were experiencing.
Focused Marketing started with an in-depth brand discovery workshop to truly get to know the business. While retaining their maroon primary colour, we refreshed the brand identity and created a new icon. We extended the colour palette and developed clear brand guidelines to support consistency as they grow.
The new icon is a shield shape that also encompasses tick symbols and the letter H, connecting HSB with safety and compliance.
We also worked with HSB to update the tagline and key messaging, which set the tone for a new website that now showcases their expanded offering. We built a flexible, easy-to-use new WordPress website that can also grow with them.
What began as a conversation around content marketing evolved into a full brand transformation. HSB are delighted with their new look and feel, which is versatile for use across all their applications, from digital to documentation and high vis work wear. The new brand is future-proof, giving them a professional edge to move forward and grow their business.
The revamped website is a dynamic platform that can grow with them as well as announcing their new cohesive brand identity and their extended service offering, whilst truly reflecting their values and vision.

First Aid and Fire are a passionate team of knowledgeable certified trainers, who combine lived experience and expertise to deliver engaging first aid courses and safety certification. After almost 10 years in business, they were ready to grow.
To set themselves up for this next phase, they came to Focused Marketing to help them find their brand voice and polish their brand identity. Like many small businesses they were so close to their work that it was hard to see it from an outsider’s perspective, and they needed support to work on their brand positioning. They had struggled to create a tagline that suited their mission and articulated their services in a succinct, engaging way. Their logo was very literal and difficult to use across their channels, so they were keen on refreshing their look and feel.
Focused Marketing undertook a brand workshop to understand the business and help them articulate their vision. We started with a brand refresh that included a refresh of their visual identity with a modern and professional look and feel. We incorporated universally recognised symbols and united them to create a clear visual representation of the business. We adjusted the original core industry colours to cooler tones, and accompanied it with fresh imagery and typography.
In line with information from their workshop, we updated the tagline from “Be emergency ready” to “Empowering everyday heroes”, which captures their passion for their work and commitment to instilling both competence and confidence through their specialised courses. We also updated their key messaging, social media channels and developed new business cards, pull-up banners and uniforms for the hands-on team.
First Aid and Fire’s new brand has been rolled out across their incumbent digital platforms and we have set them up with a suite of tools and resources to manage their own marketing, such as templates and social media training.
They are immensely proud of their new look and feel. We look forward to continuing to work with them over time to rollout further marketing initiatives, tools and updates that will likely include a new website amongst other activities.

GreenPlus’ high-tech smart farming solutions solve the biggest economic, environmental, and societal challenges associated with traditional produce production.
Operating since 1997, GreenPlus have seen wide success in the Korean market. With the launch of GreenPlus in Australia, the company required an uplift of their visual identity to promote a clear and consistent brand image in a new market.
They also needed to establish their local presence within the horticultural industry and online.
Focused Marketing undertook a brand refresh that included a refresh of their visual identity. Their brand messaging also needed to be adapted to suit a local audience.
Their visual identity was modernised with a brighter, more refined colour palette, reworked logo, and fresh imagery and typography.
We established new social channels and developed a new website, print collateral and exhibition stands to support their launch into Australia.
GreenPlus’ new brand was revealed at national horticulture conferences across Australia, with an aligned identity and messaging that clearly communicated their offering.
In addition, GreenPlus Australia won a pitch to their Korean subsidiary to implement the new brand identity globally.
Over the last 6 months, we have achieved significant growth in brand awareness and engagement across various online platforms including LinkedIn.

OPEC Systems engaged us to develop creative concepts and produce a series of brochures which would showcase its oil pollution and environmental control solutions to potential public and private sector clients.
Operating across the defence, industrial and marine sectors, they sought impactful marketing materials which would effectively communicate the broad and dynamic nature of its product offering whilst maintaining technical integrity in an industry where innovation in such solutions of this nature are particularly valuable.
We delivered a suite of materials for OPEC Systems, utilising a clean professional look in conjunction with infographics and photography. The infographics, in particular, enabled OPEC to showcase and illustrate the real-world capabilities of its high specification products.
We went to great lengths to provide brand consistency and a seamless look and feel across the entire suite of printed materials, despite the fact each brochure was produced at a different time and for a different audience.
