BRIEF:

HSB Resources started in 2021 to offer safety resources and solutions primarily to the oil and gas sector, and has since grown rapidly, expanding across other sectors.

The team initially came to us to discuss launching some new services, capability statements and content marketing. After some discussion, we decided to start with a brand refresh and new website to really set them up for success and support the growth they were experiencing.

SOLUTION:

Focused Marketing started with an in-depth brand discovery workshop to truly get to know the business. While retaining their maroon primary colour, we refreshed the brand identity and created a new icon. We extended the colour palette and developed clear brand guidelines to support consistency as they grow.

The new icon is a shield shape that also encompasses tick symbols and the letter H, connecting HSB with safety and compliance.

We also worked with HSB to update the tagline and key messaging, which set the tone for a new website that now showcases their expanded offering. We built a flexible, easy-to-use new WordPress website that can also grow with them.

OUTCOME:

What began as a conversation around content marketing evolved into a full brand transformation. HSB are delighted with their new look and feel, which is versatile for use across all their applications, from digital to documentation and high vis work wear. The new brand is future-proof, giving them a professional edge to move forward and grow their business.

The revamped website is a dynamic platform that can grow with them as well as announcing their new cohesive brand identity and their extended service offering, whilst truly reflecting their values and vision.

GreenPlus’ high-tech smart farming solutions solve the biggest economic, environmental, and societal challenges associated with traditional produce production.

Operating since 1997, GreenPlus have seen wide success in the Korean market. With the launch of GreenPlus in Australia, the company required an uplift of their visual identity to promote a clear and consistent brand image in a new market.

They also needed to establish their local presence within the horticultural industry and online.

Solution:

Focused Marketing undertook a brand refresh that included a refresh of their visual identity. Their brand messaging also needed to be adapted to suit a local audience.

Their visual identity was modernised with a brighter, more refined colour palette, reworked logo, and fresh imagery and typography.

We established new social channels and developed a new website, print collateral and exhibition stands to support their launch into Australia.

Outcome:

GreenPlus’ new brand was revealed at national horticulture conferences across Australia, with an aligned identity and messaging that clearly communicated their offering.

In addition, GreenPlus Australia won a pitch to their Korean subsidiary to implement the new brand identity globally.

Over the last 6 months, we have achieved significant growth in brand awareness and engagement across various online platforms including LinkedIn.

The Australian Resident Accommodation Managers Association (ARAMA) serves as the peak industry membership body for Management and Letting Rights (MLR) in Australia.

Positioned as the voice for the Management Rights industry, ARAMA plays a pivotal role in influencing decisions that have a lasting impact on policy and legislation. Seeking to enhance their brand and website and needing general marketing support, they approached Focused Marketing with a desire for a more cohesive and structured marketing approach.

Solution:

Focused Marketing developed a comprehensive solution including refining the visual identity, redeveloping the website, writing new messaging, and creating an overarching marketing plan.

This kicked off with a brand workshop to explore ARAMA’s unique market positioning, resulting in the creation of a positioning statement, compelling value proposition, and key messages including taglines, boilerplates, and elevator pitches. These outcomes served as the foundation for updating ARAMA’s website content, ensuring a cohesive and impactful online presence aligned with the refined brand identity.

Outcome:

ARAMA can now take pride in a strengthened and cohesive brand presence that communicates its unique standing in the Management and Letting Rights industry.

The updated brand guidelines, website, social media templates, and new brand collateral promote clear and consistent communication across all touchpoints, collectively contributing to a professional and unified image for ARAMA.

RM Wealth are an established team of financial advisors who provide personalised financial advice and management to high-net-worth individuals, business owners, professionals and family groups.

We were approached by RM Wealth to update their visual identity and website. They required a website to act as a point of reassurance for their solid client base and new client referrals.

Solution:

We undertook a brand discovery workshop to inform the development of a new website and the refinement of RM Wealth’s brand. The new brand identity was created to reflect the RM Wealth team, conveying peace of mind, security, and trust. The existing logo was given a subtle refresh, supported by the development of a style guide to ensure brand consistency. This included an expanded colour palette and new typography guidelines.

Outcome:

RM Wealth’s new website showcases their depth of experience, professionalism and expertise, creating a more informative and engaging user experience. The website and revamped brand identity will act as a foundation for RM Wealth’s continuing success.

BRIEF:

With over 50 years of collective experience, finance experts Rohan Reibelt and Stephen Dionysius approached Focused Marketing ready to branch out and start a business they could call their own.

The as-yet unnamed business would leverage Rohan and Stephen’s wealth of knowledge spanning all areas of finance. Throughout their individual careers, Rohan and Stephen had helped hundreds of happy customers acquire property, refinance, and restructure debt portfolios – simplifying what is often an arduous and stressful process.

Rohan and Stephen didn’t want to conform to the stuffy, ultra-corporate image many associate with finance businesses. They needed a bold brand identity to capture their down-to-earth energy and resolute passion for connecting their clients with the best loan possible.

Solution:

Focused Marketing started with an in-depth brand discovery workshop to truly get to know the business. We workshopped several names with Stephen and Rohan, and chose a merging of their first names: Venro.

Venro’s brand identity was inspired by punchy red, black and white designs and geometric shapes and patterns. The logo features bouncing
rounded lines that represent a stylisation of the letters “v” and “r” for Venro, which also form the brand pattern.

We developed every aspect of the brand ahead of its impending launch. This included workshopping the key messaging, copywriting, designing the website, facilitating a photo shoot, assisting with setting up a Google business account, setting up social channels, creating business cards and templates, and ensuring that all touchpoints were consistently branded when the business was ready to go live.

Outcome:

With Focused Marketing directing the change communications, Venro were able to transition many of their existing clients.

Venro was launched in June 2022 to an overwhelming amount of support from their client community.

By investing in their branding and marketing from the very inception of their new business, Venro have been able to maximise the impact of their business’ launch, while fortifying client trust with a professional brand image.
