Lambert & Rehbein is a multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong reputation for service excellence. In 2017, the business recognised that one of its key sectors was becoming increasingly competitive and that continued growth would require a more strategic and compelling approach to tendering.

While existing submissions were technically sound, the challenge was to strengthen the narrative, clarify value and better articulate Lambert & Rehbein’s leadership and expertise in a way that would stand out to evaluators.

Solution

Focused Marketing was engaged to develop a new suite of tender templates supported by clear structure, strong graphics and contemporary imagery.

As the project progressed, it became clear that the opportunity extended beyond design. We worked closely with the directors to reshape the overall narrative, rewriting the tender content from the ground up to tell a clearer, more persuasive story and to position Lambert & Rehbein as a market leader rather than simply a capable provider.

The result was a cohesive tender framework that combined strategic messaging, strong visual presentation and repeatable tools that could be used across future submissions.
