Legends Global (formerly ASM Global) is a global venue and event management company headquartered in Los Angeles, specialising in the operation of stadiums, convention centres, theatres and landmark venues worldwide.

Following initial support for their COO – Asia Pacific, India & Middle East on a major tender response, Legends Global required an ongoing partner to help deliver consistently professional, well-designed and compliant tender submissions across a growing portfolio of complex, high-value bids.

The challenge was to produce large-scale tender documentation that was clear, cohesive and visually strong, while managing tight deadlines, extensive technical content and multiple stakeholder inputs. Each submission needed to reflect Legends Global’s global credibility and operational excellence, while remaining flexible enough to adapt to different markets and procurement requirements.

Solution

Focused Marketing partnered with Legends Global to establish a clear, consistent look and feel for their tender submissions, creating a professional visual system that could be applied across a wide range of bid documents and supporting materials.

Our work included the design and development of Word templates, executive summary documents, presentations, CVs, folders, slip cases and infographics, as well as hands-on desktop publishing support to collate and refine large volumes of content under demanding timeframes.

We worked as an extension of the Legends Global team, ensuring every submission was visually cohesive, easy to navigate and aligned with brand expectations, while supporting internal teams to manage complex tender processes with confidence.
