To position LWARE as a leading software and technology firm for bespoke technology solutions

LWARE (formerly known as LW Tech) are a technology firm based in Queensland, Australia. They provide bespoke technology solutions that streamline project management in the infrastructure and construction sectors.

Focused Marketing were challenged with driving awareness and new enquiries for LWARE’s Logic+ and SMART technology solutions.

Solution

Focused Marketing collaborated closely with key stakeholders at LWARE to shape a comprehensive marketing strategy, centred around three core priorities: customer market research, brand repositioning and targeted product marketing.

A key recommendation was to develop a distinctive and consistent brand identity, one that could be integrated into every product name and solution to strengthen brand recognition. This led to the renaming of the business to a bold, single-word brand: LWARE. The new name was designed to support future growth, global expansion and the development of new products, technologies and licensing opportunities.
